What you put into your body every day has a profound effect on pretty much every aspect of your life, no matter if you are a professional athlete, a housewife or a car mechanic. Food is what fuels your body and determines how you look, how you feel, how much energy you have and how well you can perform during the day as well as how well you sleep during the night. It is such an important and often overlooked aspect of our lives that we have dedicated an entire part of our services to food alone.

When we ask new clients for their goals; 90% says they want to loose weight. Allthough we understand that this might be the initial thought, we feel this is the wrong way to look at it. You weight (allthough a factor of course) is about as relevant as your shoe size. You weight is just a number on the scale, that says nothing about how you look or how you feel. Imagine stepping on the scale and seeing 75kg. If you drink a liter of water, you will weight 76kg, but you dont look any different in the mirror. This shows that it is not about how much you weigh, it is about how you look in the mirror. And the first thing we try to teach many of our new clients, is that what they really want is to see a change in the mirror! Luckily after a while, most of our clients start to realize how silly it is to focus on their bodyweight and in turn start to notice the way they really look. Most of them throw the scale away!

The Nutrition and Food program focuses on your current eating pattern. We will ask you to keep a detailed diary of what you eat for a couple of days and then get to work, together with you to create a balanced and healthy way of eating. WE WILL NOT PUT YOU ON A DIET!! Diets are nonsense and imply a temporary way of thinking. We will try to educate you about what food is, what you should look for and what different kinds of food do to your body. We want you to make informed decisions about your food that will last you the rest of your life.
If you want, we will actually go grocery shopping with you and cook your meals together. This way youll see that wholesome and healthy food is incredibly tasty, rich in all the right nutrients and a lot of fun to buy and prepare.
We can dont like to guarantee things, but we are absolutely sure that after just a few days, you will feel like a different person. You will have more energy, sleep better, feel great and look great. And hopefully you will take your first steps towards a sustainable and healthier lifestyle this way.
